Yvonne Wall - SUSWA

Yvonne Wall and Sam Payne co-founded Southern Utah Song Writers Association - SUSWA which began in 2002.
Yvonne is a native of southern Utah, wife, mom, and who would believe grandmother.

It is through her efforts that SUSWA existed after 2005 when many of the original members tended to work endeavors and family.

Yvonne found a way, to somehow balance her family and personal life and find time to keep SUSWA moving too. She’s a great asset to the organization because she knows so much about the community and her energy level is always in high gear.

Wall was instrumental in producing all of SUSWA’s CD projects, she’s the photographer at nearly all of SUSWA’s events , and designs the posters and fliers too. She is SUSWA’s Secretary / Treasurer and was key to SUSWA’s filing for incorporation, and applying and receiving 501c-3 non-profit status at the end of 2009. Yvonne is an exceptional speaker and her emcee talents go unmatched.

She is also a wonderful singer / songwriter plays both the guitar and piano, and has performed throughout Utah at various events.

SUSWA’s Dixie Care & Share Benefit Concert in 2010 at Dixie State College was scripted, managed, and narrated by Yvonne, which guaranteed its success. She has a deep love of songwriting and music, and is always willing to help anyone get started.
